Paper Selection, Reviewing and Publishing Process
 

 

All ICSS papers will undergo a peer review process and will be evaluated by a team of referees.

 

Only full papers will be considered for refereeing. All manuscripts submitted will normally be considered for conference subject to a detailed blind review by at least two reviewers. In the interests of a fair review, authors should avoid the use of anything that would make their identity obvious.

 

Accepted papers will be gathered under several “unifying themes” and will be published in print or in a CD-ROM.

 

Those, who are not interested in having their papers published, (either in print or electronically)  do not have to submit their full papers.

 

We adhere to a policy of refereeing process. We are keen to ensure publishing high standard of papers in the conference proceedings.

 

Please note that acceptance of an abstract and presentation of a paper at the conference does not guarantee its publication in print.

 

Papers will be assessed by referees against six criteria - or fewer if some criteria do not apply to a particular kind of paper. A sample copy of the referee form can be downloaded here:
